Albrecht & Associates is headquartered
in Houston, Texas, with a satellite office in Denver, Colorado. We
are an affiliate of Morgan Keegan.
When you hire Albrecht & Associates,
that is exactly what you get: Albrecht and associates. Bob Albrecht
personally oversees the engineering on every deal. He still forecasts
every decline curve used in our sales. Harrison Williams still does
the selling. All this provides a consistency to our work that allows
the industry
to calibrate
us and know what to expect from us.
Our associates, all engineers and geologists by training, have an average
20 years’ experience in oil and gas. They are seasoned professionals
with A&D backgrounds. They know what buyers are looking for in a data
room and they know the answers to the questions that will be asked about
the properties. We don’t want buyers wasting their time in our data
rooms; we want them finding and understanding value.
Our consistency is just one more example of how we work hard for our buyers
because it benefits our sellers.
