To be able to view private information for the Data Room packages on this site, you must first contact Harrison Williams, 713-951-9586 to obtain a userID and password for each individual offering.
The information is password protected and will typically include the following files:
- Data Room Agreement
The DRA must be executed before a Data Room visit or receiving a Data Room CD. - ARIES (DOS and Windows Versions)
- PHDWin (Version 2.7)
- Shrink, Expenses and Differentials (Excel)
- Raw LOS (Excel)
- Production Updates (Excel)
- Any changes or corrections to data subsequent to printing/dissemination of the brochure
- Confidentiality Agreement
Most of our offerings will not require a CA, but if one is required to view the private information, it will be included, along with the DRA.
